RETURNS  

We want you to be thrilled with your new Gilda & Pearl lingerie - but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Simply return within 14 days of receipt. 

Returns are easy. Please email our customer service team to submit your return request and we will send your return label and shipping instructions. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with tags intact.  

All successfully returned items will be refunded via your original method of payment, less the return courier fee, taxes, import duties and original shipping charges incurred, if any.

We use DHL for an easy, insured and tracked service. You may choose your own courier if you wish, however we cannot be responsible for any items missing in transit where you use a different shipping label to the one we provide.

Please note that commercial loans of Gilda & Pearl for editorial, film, advertising or photography purposes must go through our press office.
