RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be thrilled with your new Gilda & Pearl lingerie and loungewear - but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. You can return purchases within 14 days of receipt (please note that this excludes custom-made items, and final sale styles where marked non-returnable/final sale in the description). Simply follow the links below to submit your return request and receive your return label and shipping instructions for your country.

Simply login to our UK Returns Portal to create your return from within the UK.

EU & International

Simply login to our International Returns Portal to create your return from anywhere else in the world.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with tags intact. All successfully returned items will be refunded via your original method of payment, less the return courier fee, taxes, import duties and original shipping charges incurred, if any. We use DHL for an easy, insured and tracked service. You may choose your own courier if you wish, however we cannot be responsible for any items missing in transit where you use a different shipping label to the one we provide.

Any items received in unsaleable condition will be returned to you, at your expense.

Please note that final sale styles are non-returnable. In this case, you will find this information clearly marked in the style description.
