RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be thrilled with your new Gilda & Pearl lingerie and loungewear - but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. You can return purchases within 14 days of receipt (please note that this excludes custom-made items, final sale styles where marked non-returnable/final sale in the description and VAT eligible B2B orders). 

UK

Please email info@gildapearl.co.uk to register and arrange your return.   

EU & International

Simply login to our International Returns Portal to create your return from anywhere else in the world. 

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with tags intact.  All successfully returned items will be refunded via your original method of payment, less the return courier fee, taxes, import duties and original shipping charges incurred, if any. You may choose your own courier if you wish - please contact us in the first instance for returns authorisation and to ensure the return details are correct. We cannot be responsible for any items missing in transit.

Any items received in unsaleable condition will be returned to you, at your expense.

This returns policy applies only to purchases which are consumer in nature. Business to business orders, and/or those destined for costume departments, press or stylist loans, and/or orders for which a VAT sales document is requested are commercial in nature and must go through the appropriate commercial channels - please contact info@gildapearl.co.uk for further information and to place your order. Commercial purchases made on this website are non-refundable, in line with our commercial terms.
