Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your new Gilda & Pearl lingerie - but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange it. Simply return the unworn item (s) within 14 days of receipt of goods, with tags intact and in original condition.

UK Returns

UK returns are easy and free of charge.

EU & International

We offer easy returns for our EU and international customers.

 

Simply use the return label and paperwork that we will include with your delivery, and follow the instruction to arrange a collection or drop off with DHL. When you use this service, there is a £20 fee for EU/International returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Otherwise, you are free to use your own method of return, but you are responsible for the goods and their value until they reach us, and so we recommend a fully insured and tracked service . We are unable to refund items that we do not receive.
